This grant is for a female Nutrition Innovator who is a Registered Jamaican Dietitian/Nutritionist focusing on wellness using predominantly plant-based Jamaican foods in addition to other evidence-based modalities. Rosalee Brown is a Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional,(DipIBLM) and a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who uses plant-based nutrition as part of an integrated modality to assist her clients in achieving wellness. She encourages other nutrition professionals to be trained and certified in modalities including plant-based nutrition to treat the root causes of Chronic non-communicable diseases.
