This grant is for a female in the 3rd or 4th form, of Ruseas High School in Hanover who has returned to school post-teen pregnancy, experiencing financial challenges, and will benefit from financial support to improve her grades. The grant is named for Norma McGhie, a former teacher at Rusea’s High and Rosalee’s aunt. Rosalee was offered a place at Ruseas High School in 1974 post teen pregnancy starting in the third form under Principal Mr. Wesley White. Norma McGhie was instrumental in advocating for Rosalee, this act has positively impacted her life.
